The P2 with Double Kneading Vat and Extruder can both Mix and Sheet the Pasta Dough and also make Extruded Pasta. Every operation is automatic. The machine can mix ingredients to prepare Pasta Dough and automatically laminate it into a roll of pasta sheet with 168 mm width and 2,5 mm thickness.It is possible to use the Pasta Sheet Roll produced to:-Make Ravioli using the Ravioli Unit-Make Tagliatelle or Square Pasta Sheets for Lasagne or Cannelloni, by using the Automatic Pasta Sheet Cutter accessoryIt is also possible to equip the P2 with Double Kneading Vat with the Gnocchi Unit, thus adding the possibility to produce Gnocchi.Alternatively, It is possible to equip the P2 with Single Kneading Vat with the Multipasta Unit.The main advantage of the P2 with Double Kneading Vat, in comparison to the Single Kneading Vat version, is the fact that you can continuously feed the machine with Pasta Dough to be sheeted in the first vat, by preparing it in the second first.
